Ive been in a bit of a funk these last 6 months have not accomplished much. Its almost entirely due to procrastination. I was waiting to find out what would happen with the third rental. There were plenty of items I could complete while waiting, but I simply did not do them.Ive been planning and working towards wholesaling now for about 2 months with not much to show.
