In the past few weeks, I have gotten quite a bit done. -I figured out mail merge for envelopes and letters saving me countless hours down the road. -Spruced up my letter a bit with the help of my fiance.  She sends out letters quite often and has to polish them up. -Contacted my buyers agent and setup a deal for submitting offers on properties.  I should also be able to tap into his very large buyers list. -Sent out 8 letters so far.  I know its not many, but its a great start. Clearly Defined Goals

 Its time to start practicing what I preach. I have had goals, but never clearly defined with definitive time tables. I will fix that today. Clearly Defined Goals to be read 2x per day. Goal:  I will be self employed in 18 months time on April 1st 2011. Why:  -Devote my time to my fiancé, my dog, and my future family-To dictate my time-Pursue financial freedom-Prove myself to myself-Continue my streak of completing 100% of what I truly set my mind to. How:-I will accumulate $50,000 in liqui...
