The Challenge

Scott over at www.strugglinginvestor.com and I have set a challenge for ourselves.   We are working towards our first probate deals.  The winner gets a $100 gift card for his readers.  I love challenges like this.  The competitive side of me has me working harder then before to complete the first deal.   I have some work to do to catch up though.  He's mailed out 75 leads to my measly 19.  Time to kick it in high gear.
