It does make a for a bit of moving, but if you buy right and pass the equity onto the next house you can be free and clear in 6-8 years without extra payments and in a much better house then you could afford before. Thats our goal anyway. Scott and Shae are both very good folks and I check their blogs daily. Its nice to be sharing the same experiences with other go getters. Good to see you over here. I included my web, capture page for you. Think you will find the program it leads you to useful for your customers. Very powerful stuff. Takes a lot of learning to understand it though.
