I just got back from sunny (rainy) Scottsdale AZ. I justed completed a 3 day seminar that is self run and self hosted by members of the www.thefastlanetomillions.com. Most attendees, including myself, gave presentations. Of course I presented on probate. Topics ranged from big picture business planning to selling fireworks. Progress Report 4/2

I thought now would be a good time to check up on what I have accomplished and take a look at where I am headed. My own home. -I contacted a buyers agent.  Found a house (3/1) in an older neighborhood.  I picked up the house for 90k with a VA loan.  Current market value is 125k.  -Minor repairs throughout.  Replaced the locks.  Bringing the lawn back to life.  It looks pretty good actually. -Security system. -Replaced the original furnace circa 1954. -New gate.  Slightl...

Why The Blog?

I thought I would jump on the blog train. I have never been very into creating blogs, but I thought it would be fun to chronicle my goal to live and flip a house. So what does it mean to live and flip? It means exactly that. I'm going to live in a house while I flip it. I see the eyes rolling, "Isn't that what everyone does?" No, no it isn't.
