This post is a shout out to the crooks in my neighborhood.  Thank you for breaking my backdoor window.  Had it not been for you I would have never even thought to replace it.  In my quest to fix the broken window and every window replacement company quoting me close to $200 for a 19 inch by 15 inch double pane window, I started searching Lowes.  I happened across the same exact door that I have.  Only this door had a full window with mini blinds in it.  Noticing it was an insert, I promtly ordered that as my replacement peace.  $150.  Not a bad deal.  I think it looks much sharper then the vent window and gives me more privacy.

Had the crook never broken it, I would not have done this replacement.  Yes, its $150 exspense, but since the door is right off the kitchen, it will pay for itself.

In other news, I sold back my third rental to the seller.  I was the first guy he has had to do this with.  In the end it was a better deal for me to back away.  Whether or not I do more deals with this gentlemen, I’m unsure.  To be honest the rental is far to thin for my taste.  I have learned a great deal about buying right with my first two rentals and thats all that matters right now.
