Ive been thinking about this blog a bit lately.  My originally intention was to journal my progress as I picked up my first home.  I wanted to show some of the work I did fixing and then selling this house.  While I still have plenty to do with this house, its just not enough to keep up a steady blog with.

With that said, I intend to take this blog a bit further and show my progress into the rental field.  I also intend to flip a few homes down the road.  I will be sharing my progress there as well.  In the next couple days I’ll be sharing my progress with my first few rentals.
