Ive been in a bit of a funk these last 6 months have not accomplished much.  Its almost entirely due to procrastination.  I was waiting to find out what would happen with the third rental.  There were plenty of items I could complete while waiting, but I simply did not do them.Ive been planning and working towards wholesaling now for about 2 months with not much to show.  I need to focus.  As far as my house goes, I have 3 projects coming up on it.  Replace 2+ windows, move washing machine to utility room, and remodel the kitchen and bath.  I should be starting those very soon.  I plan on getting estimates this week for the washing machine plumbing.  I’ll try to update everything as I progress.  Not much to add for now.
